To finish our half term project the children came dressed to school as a real life hero. We had a fantastic assortment of costumes from Police officers to astronauts.
The children took part in an active morning. They rescued reading owl form a burning building, helped to stock the shops shelves and worked hard to deliver the royal mail. We finished our day by watching a video all about guide dogs and the role animals play in helping keep people safe.
We all came to the conclusion that not all heroes wear capes!
It was lovely to hear the children making links to our fantastic keyworkers who have helped so much during this challenging year.
